Burgoyne Surrounded!
This is a traditional American Revolutionary War pattern which immortalizes a really bad day for the Brits. I made it for Robert, my husband, who is an American history buff. It took awhile to find a place to hang it; red and blue were not prominent colours in our house. It seems to work well greeting people at the front entrance. |

Pascal take a break from all her chores
It's not that I don't love my family, but they can really stress out a sensitive purrson like myself. |
What do you make for the father who has everything. If he is a retired newspaper editor, you find some cotton with a newsprint design and then use a copy of one of his columns as a heat transfer. A nice quote embroidered using your new toy and 'voila!'you have a Christmas present.
